Privacy Policy
Kissy Worldwide Inc. Last updated: 08/26/2026
This policy explains what we do with your information. It’s written to be read, not survived.
Who we are
Kissy Worldwide Inc. runs this website and decides what information is collected here and why.
Email: hi@kissytini.com Post: 9 Mercer, Suite 3, NY NY 10010.
What we collect
If you use the contact form
What: Your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message.
Why: To read your message and reply to it.
How long: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
Form submissions are handled by Framer, the platform this site is built on.
If you pass the age check
Nothing leaves your device.
The age check runs entirely in your browser. Your date of birth is used for one calculation and then discarded — it is never sent to us, never stored on our servers, never shared with anyone. All that’s saved is a small marker in your browser’s local storage recording that the check was passed, so you’re not asked again next visit, plus a temporary marker that clears when you close the browser.
Why: We sell alcohol. Checking is the industry standard we follow.
How long: 30 days, then the marker expires and you’ll be asked again. Clearing your browser data removes it immediately.
If you just browse the site
We use Framer’s built-in analytics to see how the site is being used. It records:
Which pages were viewed
Which site or link you arrived from
Approximate country
Device type
It doesn’t use cookies. It doesn’t store anything on your device, and it doesn’t create a persistent ID that follows you between sessions or across other websites. Visitors are counted using a hash of IP address and browser type that changes every day, which means we cannot recognise you tomorrow as the same person who visited today. That’s a deliberate trade — we get less accurate numbers, you get left alone.
Why: To know whether the site works and where people are finding us.
If you look at the stockist map
Your IP address is visible to the companies that serve the map.
Maps aren’t magic. To draw one, your browser asks a mapping service for image tiles, and that request carries your IP address. We don’t see it or store it. They do.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell your information. We don’t rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We don’t run ad pixels, retargeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
We do use these companies to run the site:
Framer B.V. - Website hosting, contact form submissions, analytics
Mapbox, Inc. - Map imagery on the DRINK IT page
OpenStreetMap Foundation - Underlying map data
esm.sh (Cloudflare-served code CDN) - loads the map software on the DRINK IT page
Google (Drive) - hosts our downloadable pricing sheet
We’ll also disclose information if we’re legally required to — a court order, a regulator, that sort of thing. If that happens and we’re permitted to tell you, we will.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, so we don’t act on it specifically.
We think that’s fine, because we don’t do the thing it’s designed to prevent: we don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t build a profile of you. Our analytics can’t recognise you from one day to the next.
Reviewing, changing or deleting your information
Email hi@kissytini.com and ask. We’ll tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. It’s free and we’ll get back to you within 30 days.
The only information we hold that’s tied to you personally is what you sent us through the contact form. There’s nothing to retrieve from the age check or the analytics, because neither is linked to you.
If you’re in California
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to not be discriminated against for asking.
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we haven’t in the past twelve months.
To make a request, email hi@kissytini.com.
Security
We keep your information on secured systems and limit access to the people who need it. Data sent to and from this site is encrypted in transit.
No system is perfect, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. If we ever have a breach affecting your information, we’ll notify you as required by law.
Children
This site is for adults of legal drinking age. We don’t market to children and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email hi@kissytini.com and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and post the new version on this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we’ll say so clearly on the site.
